If you lose an item or your baggage while traveling with Cathay Pacific from an
Indian airport, follow these steps:
Lost or Delayed Baggage
Report Immediately at the Airport
If you find your baggage missing upon arrival, go straight to the baggage
services desk before leaving the terminal. Staff will assist you in completing a
Property Irregularity Report (PIR) and provide a tracking reference number.

Submit an Online Claim
If you were unable to report the loss at the airport, you can file a claim using
Cathay Pacific’s online baggage claim form available on the official website.
Lost Items Onboard or at the Airport
Onboard Items
If you think you left something on the aircraft, contact Cathay Pacific customer
service at 000 800 050 2163 (toll-free in India, available 24/7).
Within Airport Premises
If the item was lost in the terminal (before or after your flight), contact the
airport’s Lost & Found department. For example, Delhi Airport’s Lost & Found
office handles items left in Terminal 3.
Tip: Always keep your boarding pass and baggage claim tags, as they are
essential for tracking and recovering your belongings.
