If you have lost an item during your journey with Singapore Airlines, you
can follow these steps to report and recover it:
For Lost Items Onboard or Checked Baggage
Report
Immediately: Upon arrival, go to the Lost & Found Office at the airport to file
a report. Make sure to obtain a copy of the report for your records.
Obtain Reference Number: After submitting your report, you will be given a
10-character File Reference Number, which is crucial for tracking your case.
Track Your Baggage: Use the Baggage Portal to track the status of your
missing items by entering your File Reference Number and last name.
For Items Lost Within the Airport
Contact Airport Lost &
Found: If you lost something inside the airport, get in touch with the Lost and
Found Services at the airport.
For Items Left in Singapore
Airlines Lounges in Singapore
Contact SATS Lost & Found: SATS
manages lost items within the lounges. You can search for your lost personal
belongings via their platform.

If your baggage is not found within seven days, contact your local Lost &
Found Office to submit a claim, or consider filing one through your travel
insurance provider.
For damaged or missing items, complete the required form, and Singapore Airlines
will respond within four working days.

Act promptly by notifying the airline or airport Lost & Found to improve the
chances of recovering your belongings.
