Check-in Information

Online Web Check-in

Sri Lankan Airlines passengers can save time by checking in online. Online check-in is available from 48 hours prior to your flights departure and closes 2 hours prior.

You only need your Passport, the Eticket number or Booking Reference to make use of online check-in services. Report to the Baggage Drop-Off / Online Check-in Counter with your e-boarding pass 90 minutes prior to the fight departure.

You can directly report to gate with your e-boarding pass 45 minutes prior to the flight departure.

If you check-in through a mobile device, the facility will be available only in English.

Airport Counter Check-in

If you have a confirmed flight booking and are departing, you can check in from 3 hours to 60 minutes before your flight departs.

If you’re departing from another airport, the check-in counter opening times will vary.

Before attended to counter, make sure that you have all the necessary documents and visas for all the countries you will be visiting on your journey.
In order to maintain schedules, the boarding gate will be closed 15 minutes before departure time.
