*Assistive devices and outerwear are not classified as personal items. All
carry-on baggage must fit either in the overhead compartment or under the seat
in front of you, and you should be able to place it in the overhead bin without
assistance.
REMINDER: Bulkhead seats do not offer underseat storage
during takeoff and landing.
