Coimbatore Airport Rent a Car

Car rental service counter are available at the arrival hall of Coimbatore International Airport.

Alternatively, passengers may dial the following numbers +91-99766-75000 / +91-99764-94000 and make a prior booking for their cabs or rental car on their arrival.

The car rental service counter available in the vicinity of the airport are operate by Kovai Airport Tourist Taxi Driver & Owner Association, Coimbatore.



IMPORTANT NOTE

Driver's License Requirements

A valid driving license from the country of residence is required and must have been held for a minimum of one year. A driving license written in Non-Roman alphabet must be supported by an international driving license.

International driving permit is MANDATORY to rent self drive cars. (In case of foreign nationals)

The verification and copies of international driving license (must in case of foreign nationals) or driving license valid for driving in India, copy of passport (must in case of foreign nationals) or any photo identity card required.

An International Driving Permit (IDP) serves only as a translation of a driver's existing license, and by itself is not acceptable for vehicle rental.
