Rest rooms and lost and found counters are there. At Guwahati Airport, special assistance is provided to physically disabled people and there are also ATMs at both inside and outside departure halls. The airport also offers the services of buses, taxis, and rental cars to the passengers. There are also prepaid taxi counter at arrival hall to cater for arriving travelers.

Tourist Information Centre, VIP lounge and Airlines booking counters are available at departures hall.

Duty-free shop is currently unavailable at the Guwahati International Airport.
