Hyderabad Airport is located around 25 kms from Hyderabad city. Built to the capacity of 40 million passengers per annum, the Airport is designed to handle New Large Aircrafts (NLA), including the Airbus A380. The city of Hyderabad is a natural aviation hub, owing to its strategic location on the map of India. It is connected to all major Indian airports within two hours flying time. Internationally too, Hyderabad makes an ideal transit point for flights from west to east and vice versa.

Buses

Pushpak - Airport Liner is a luxurious express bus service from airport to important destinations in the city.

Pushpak buses are operated by Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (“APSRTC") / Telangana State Road Transport Corporation ("TSRTC”). These are air conditioned low floor buses offering safe, secure and comfortable travel between airport and city.
NOTE: This is to inform the passengers and airport users that TSRTC is operating “Pushpak Airport Liner” buses for the convenience of passengers for commuting to & from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (Hyderabad Airport). The passengers are advised to verify from the Toll Free Numbers or the website www.tsrtcbus.in for detailed schedule of the buses and the terms & conditions of TSRTC.

Long Distance Buses

Long distance buses are also available from Hyderabad Airport, the buses are operated by Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (“APSRTC") / Telangana State Road Transport Corporation ("TSRTC”).

Radio Taxis

Radio Taxi service at the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is provided by leading service providers Meru and Sky cabs for the convenience of its customers. This is an air conditioned cab service with charges payable on the basis of meter reading at the end of the journey. Radio taxi can’t be pre-booked from Airport.

Only those taxis that have taken the license for operating Radio Taxi Service from the Government of Andhra Pradesh can operate this service in Hyderabad Fare: Rs 21 per km, Minimum Rs 20 per km for the first 2 Km travelled

- Waiting charges @ Rs 1 per minute.

- 25% night surcharge is applicable between 2300 hours to 0500 hours

- Radio Taxi pick up point now at car park level and counters available at arrivals.
