Tirupati Airport Public Transport

Tirupati Airport has well-developed transport facilities. The Airport is located 14 km from the Tirupati town. Taxis, autos, buses, minibuses are the mode of local transport in Tirupati and other tourist places.

Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) runs bus services from the airport to Tirumala and back for the air passengers.

Taxi Pick-up services are also available by request but for that an advance booking with the local hotels may be required. The prepaid taxi service counter are located in arrival hall.

The nearest railway station to Tirupati Airport is Tirupati Railway Station which is 14.95 km from the airport and Sri Kalahasti Railway Station which is located at a distance of 19 km from the airport.
