Siruvani Waterfalls

Located near the dam built on the Siruvani River, the Siruvani Waterfalls are located 35 kilometers west from Coimbatore.

The Siruvani River’s water is considered to be one of the best tasting in the world and is one of the top tourist attractions in Coimbatore.

Coimbatore International Airport (CJB) is the primary airport serving the city of Coimbatore in South India. It is located at Peelamedu, about 13 km (8.1 mi) from the center of the city. This Airport is the nearest airport to this Temple.

Getting Around Coimbatore

Intra city buses are the cheapest mode of conveyance but may be a challenge for a newcomer. If you do venture out on them and get stranded, ask the locals who are extremely helpful. Auto-rickshaws are the more expensive jaw-jarring option. Cabs and rented cars are most convenient and it is possible to hire them for the trip to Ooty too.
