Dudhsagar Waterfalls is one among the popular picnic spot located close
to the Someshwar Temple which is
at a distance of 8 km from Nashik.
This 10 m stretch of the lovely cascade with its creamy white water
offers a breathtaking view and it is this white water that earned the
name Dudhsagar which means the ocean of milk.
The rocks has carved steps, so that one can easily access the zenith of
this lovely spot. The best time to visit Dudhsagar Waterfalls is just
after the monsoon season as there is ample water in the falls.
